Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

🛠️ Made Just for You
All of our items are custom made to order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for issues like incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse.


📦 Damaged or Defective? We’ll Make It Right.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — no return needed.

✅ What we need from you:

  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • Your request submitted within 30 days of delivery

🚚 Delivery Issues
If a shipment can’t be delivered (wrong address, refusal, etc.), you can:

  • Request a reprint (extra shipping charge applies), or
  • Request a partial refund

📏 Print Placement Tolerance
Slight variations in print position (up to 0.5″) are within normal production range and are not considered defects.
