We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
โ Eligible Items
- Unused, non-personalized products in original condition.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
๐ซ Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged or defective).
- Any product used, washed, or not in original condition.
๐ ๏ธ Made Just for You
Most of our products are made-to-order and customized just for you. As a result, we cannot accept returns for custom designs unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
๐ฅ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- A photo of the issue
- Your order number
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
๐ Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
๐ฆ Delivery Issues
If your package is undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, refusal, etc.):
- You may request a reprint (additional shipping charges apply), or
- Request a partial refund
โ ๏ธ Print Placement Tolerance
Slight variations in design placement (up to 0.5″) are considered normal in the production process and are not treated as defects.
